Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join a fully remote sales team serving the Jakarta region. You will generate qualified opportunities, engage prospects through outbound outreach, and set up discovery calls for Account Executives.

The role demands a proven track record in sales development, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a virtual environment with targets to meet and exceed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in SDR/BDR or similar in a B2B tech setting.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and generating qualified leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets via outbound outreach.
• Conduct high-volume calls and emails to qualify leads.
• Articulate value propositions of solutions to prospects.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM with sales activities and interactions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas.
• Mentor junior SDRs and contribute to team development.
