Job summary

PT FCL INTERNASIONAL INDONESIA mencari profesional sumber daya manusia yang berpengalaman untuk mengelola proses perekrutan end-to-end di industri kecantikan.

Anda akan merancang strategi sourcing melalui LinkedIn, portal kerja, media sosial, dan referensi untuk menarik kandidat berkualitas, sambil bekerja sama dengan manajer perekrutan dan pemangku kepentingan bisnis untuk memahami kebutuhan serta prioritas perekrutan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Psychology from a reputable university in Indonesia.
• 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in the Beauty Industry.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, recruitment priorities, and talent requirements.
• Maintain and expand talent pipelines and recruitment databases for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure recruitment processes, documentation, and candidate data handling comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, recruitment priorities, and talent requirements.

Maintain and expand talent pipelines and recruitment databases for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure recruitment processes, documentation, and candidate data handling comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Psychology from a reputable university in Indonesia.

1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Beauty Industry, with proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment.

Fluent in English (both are writing and speaking)

Result oriented, disciplined, proactive, accountable, and committed to meeting deadlines and recruitment targets.
