The role emphasizes building a strong candidate pipeline, delivering regular updates, and supporting hiring events from the BSD, Tangerang office. A fast-paced, target-driven environment is expected with strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in retail, FMCG or hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong sourcing, communication and interviewing skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• English or Mandarin speaking preferred.
• Willingness to work from the BSD, Tangerang office.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and interviewing skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time.
• English or Mandarin speaking is preferred.
