Job summary

PT Kamadjaja Logistics is seeking a Recruitment Staff to source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process across the organisation. You will maintain records, collaborate with hiring managers, and contribute to improved talent strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and at least 1 year in recruitment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and familiarity with ATS software.
