Job summary

PT DECISION TREE INDONESIA is seeking a skilled Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment in Jakarta. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard talent while collaborating with managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

You will manage candidate pipelines, maintain a comprehensive database, and build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, HR, psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Experience with payroll, BPJS, and employee benefits.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment process knowledge.
• Familiar with recruitment tools (portals, ATS, social sourcing).
• Knowledge of local labor laws related to compensation and social security.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Collaborate with managers to define job requirements and strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a candidate database.
• Build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Job description

Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, and Onboarding).

Collaborate with Managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a comprehensive database of potential hires.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related major.

Min. 2 years of solid working experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist.

Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in handling Payroll, BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan), and employee benefits.

Deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and the ability to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Extensive knowledge regarding recruitment supporting tools (job portals, ATS, and social media sourcing).

Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and social security.

Team player with active communication, an open-minded attitude, and high integrity.

Able to speak and write in English fluently (Is a Must)
