For Skin’s Sake, a fast-growing skincare brand in Indonesia, is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and build a strong pipeline for beauty brands.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels, collaborating with hiring managers and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in beauty recruitment and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment in the beauty industry.
• Proven experience recruiting for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or personal care brands.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, and other candidate sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to multitask.

You Will:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding with source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, particularly for candidates with experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and personal care brands.
• Monitor recruitment progress and maintain candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent availability, and industry developments within the beauty sector.

You Are:

• Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Management or other related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role within the beauty industry, or experience as a Recruitment Consultant specifically handling beauty brands.
• Proven experience recruiting candidates for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or related brands.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiar with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and other candidate sourcing channels.
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
