Job summary

PT SAYLIFE NUTRISI INDONESIA seeks an experienced Recruitment Leader to manage end-to-end hiring for Supervisory to Head of Department roles in its manufacturing operations in Bogor, Indonesia.

You will drive sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding; build a robust talent pool; monitor KPIs; and lead a recruitment team to meet workforce fulfilment targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition as Senior Recruitment Specialist or Team Leader.
• Experience recruiting for Managerial to Head of Department in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to optimize channels for talent mapping, sourcing, and headhunting.
• Extensive network in manufacturing talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the recruitment process according to the company's manpower needs.
• Conduct sourcing, headhunting, and direct recruitment for levels up to Manager and Head of Department.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluation.
• Coordinate with users regarding workforce needs, job descriptions, and qualifications.
• Manage candidate database and talent pool, especially for manufacturing.
• Conduct salary negotiations, coordinate offers, and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and report on source effectiveness; guide team toward targets.

This position is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end hiring process to fulfil executive-level talent needs, ranging from Supervisor, Manager, to Head of Department in the cosmetic manufacturing industry.

Key responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the recruitment process according to the company's manpower needs

Conduct sourcing, headhunting, and direct recruitment for various levels up to Manager and Head of Department

Execute CV screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluation

Coordinate with users regarding workforce needs, job descriptions, and position qualifications

Manage candidate database and build talent pool, particularly for manufacturing industry needs

Conduct salary negotiations, coordinate offerings, reference checking, and onboarding

Monitor recruitment KPIs, evaluate candidate source effectiveness, and prepare recruitment reports periodically

Guide and direct recruitment team members and ensure workforce fulfilment targets are achieved

About you

Minimum S1 education in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition as Senior Recruitment Specialist or Recruitment Team Leader

Experience in recruitment processes for Managerial level positions to Head of Department in the manufacturing industry

Ability to optimise every channel for talent mapping, targeted sourcing, and headhunting potential candidates, particularly for Supervisor, Managerial, and Head of Department level positions

Extensive candidate network, particularly in the manufacturing industry

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
