Job summary

Polydime Plastics Industries Pvt Ltd in Indonesia seeks experienced Sales Executives to drive growth in plastics packaging. You will develop key customer relationships and promote oil palm bags and flexible packaging solutions across Kalimantan, Pontianak, Jambi, and Medan.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years in flexible packaging, a strong Indonesian packaging network, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Currently employed as a Sales Executive or Sales Representative in a plastics manufacturing company, preferably in flexible packaging.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in flexible packaging, lamination films, and oil palm bags.
• Strong customer network and established business relationships within the packaging industry in Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in plastics manufacturing and packaging.
• Promote and sell oil palm bags and flexible packaging solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
