Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.
5–7 years in flexible packaging, plastic film, or related manufacturing industry.
At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong sales, negotiation, customer relationship, and business development skills.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
Lead pricing, quotation, negotiation, and commercial activities with customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry developments.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
