Job summary

PT Polyplex Films Indonesia, based in Serang, Indonesia, seeks an experienced sales leader to drive revenue and business growth in the flexible packaging sector. You will develop sales strategies, manage key customers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

The role requires 5–7 years in packaging/manufacturing, 3+ years in supervisory roles, and strong English communication and leadership skills. Placement at Kawasan Industri Cikande – Serang, Banten, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• 5–7 years in flexible packaging, plastic film, or related manufacturing industry.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, customer relationship, and business development skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of BOPP/BOPET film, flexible packaging, or converting industry is preferred.

Strong sales, negotiation, customer relationship, and business development skills.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Target-oriented and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Willing to be placed at Kawasan Industri Cikande – Serang, Banten.

A new Company named “PT Polyplex Films Indonesia” has been incorporated in Indonesia on 11th October 2017 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The Company is in the process of setting up a greenfield PET Film Line with the capacity of 44,000 metric tons per annum along with upstream Resin Plant and downstream Metallizing Plant. The commercial production is expected to start in mid - 2019. It will be located in an industrial estate in Serang towards west of Jakarta and cater mainly the domestic market in Indonesia and also the regional / other export markets.
