Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commercial or related field required.
10+ years' experience in sales, especially in flexible packaging.
Strong exposure in flexible packaging and customer-based sales environments.

Responsibilities

Report directly to GM and Director.
Lead sales and operations to fulfil customer demand, including both technical and non-technical matters in flexible packaging.
Develop, implement and execute strategic sales plans to attract and retain customers.
Manage and coordinate sales activities and market research to assess product viability.
Provide sales support and technical advice across flexible packaging products.
Collaborate with executives on budgeting and targets.
Develop pricing strategies and contribute to profitability.
Support marketing strategy to drive results.
