Job summary

PT. Sumber Inspirasi Prima in Yogyakarta is seeking a Senior Front Office professional to lead our front desk operations and guest services on a full-time basis. You will oversee the front desk team, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure the highest standards of service for a memorable guest experience.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years in front office roles, with 2+ years in supervisory leadership, strong hotel system knowledge, and fluency in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in front office operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional languages advantageous.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the front desk team to ensure exceptional guest services.
• Oversee guest check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor front office operations for policy compliance.
• Train and mentor front office staff to improve performance.
• Manage reservations and coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints tactfully and resolve issues satisfactorily.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information and property.
• Prepare reports on front office operations and guest feedback.
• Assist in developing and implementing guest service initiatives.
