Qualifications

About the Role

Lead our front office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences at one of Jakarta's most distinguished properties. You will oversee daily operations, manage check-in/check-out processes, and ensure service standards exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of front desk agents and concierge staff
• Handle VIP guest relations and resolve escalated guest concerns
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and engineering to ensure room readiness
• Monitor occupancy, room assignments, and revenue management targets
• Prepare daily operational reports and present to the General Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role
• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
