Job summary

PHM Hotels Jakarta is seeking a Front Office Leader to oversee daily operations at THE 1O1 Jakarta Sedayu Darmawangsa. You will supervise front desk activities, guide a team of agents and concierge staff, and ensure VIP guests receive exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of front desk agents and concierge staff.
• Handle VIP guest relations and resolve escalated guest concerns.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and engineering to ensure room readiness.
• Monitor occupancy, room assignments, and revenue management targets.
• Prepare daily operational reports and present to the General Manager.
