Job summary

PT Bangun Eksotis Nugraha invites an experienced Head of Front Desk Agent to lead our front office in Badung, Bali. You will supervise the front desk team, manage check-ins/check-outs and reservations, and ensure guests receive outstanding service from arrival to departure.

The role demands at least 5 years in front office operations with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, strong PMS knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of developing front desk teams in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor the front desk team to ensure high-quality guest service.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest requests efficiently.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and implement resolutions.
• Oversee daily schedules, staffing, and performance management at the front desk.
• Maintain accurate guest records and up-to-date reservation systems.
