Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front desk and guest services.
Ensure prompt, professional and courteous service to all guests.
Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs and room assignments.
Train, motivate and manage the performance of front desk staff.
Develop and implement front office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Monitor staffing levels and create effective schedules.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints with timely resolutions.
Oversee upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Maintain high guest satisfaction and online reviews.
Oversee inventory of front desk supplies and cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Utilize and optimize PMS for efficient operations.
Prepare daily reports on occupancy, arrivals, departures and guest feedback.
