Job summary

Johnson Controls in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Sales Manager to drive Fire Control Security solutions for new and existing customers. You will understand client needs, tailor proposals, and present solutions to stakeholders, working with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities and meet targets.

The role demands strong HVAC knowledge, 5+ years of senior sales experience in related sectors, and the ability to lead negotiations with contractors and consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of senior sales experience in HVAC (chiller), pump, cooling tower, contractor, elevator.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or company owners; able to handle projects.
• Knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, and Controls preferred.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Fire Control Security solutions to new and existing customers.
• Develop tailored solutions and present to stakeholders.
• Plan strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Lead negotiations and bids to secure orders at optimum profit levels.
• Maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide monthly reports on secured revenue and progress to management.
• Promote BMS/Fire products to contractors and designers.
• Coordinate tender preparation and proposal development.
• Work with sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
