Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia is seeking a Sales Engineer, HVAC to drive sales of fire control security solutions to new and existing customers. You will understand customer needs, tailor solutions, and present them to stakeholders while collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.

The role requires a minimum degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of senior sales experience in HVAC.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as Senior Sales in HVAC (chiller), pump, cooling tower, contractor, elevator.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or company owners, and in handling projects.
• Knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, Controls preferred.
• Experience in Building industry preferred.
• Basic understanding of SAP operations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Fire Control Security solutions to customers and prospects.
• Develop tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and present to stakeholders.
• Lead tenders and proposals, negotiate terms, and close orders with profit.
• Ensure timely payment collection and monthly revenue reporting.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide ongoing service.
