Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia is seeking a Sales Engineer, HVAC to drive sales of our Fire Control and security solutions to new and existing customers in the Jakarta area. You will translate customer needs into tailored HVAC and controls proposals and present them to stakeholders.

The role collaborates with the sales team to meet targets, prepare tenders, and maintain strong relationships with contractors and consultants.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in HVAC sales (chillers, pumps, cooling towers) or fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, and Controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Study product knowledge and company procedures to improve domain knowledge.
• Plan and execute annual secured order strategy; achieve sales targets with YOY growth.
• Prepare tenders and proposals; lead negotiations and close orders.
• Handle payment collections and reporting of revenue and activities.
• Develop relationships with customers to sustain long-term service relationships.
