Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as Senior Sales in HVAC (chiller), pump, cooling tower, contractor, elevator.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or company owners and handling projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of HVAC solutions to new and existing customers and meet targets.
• Develop tailored solutions based on customer needs and present proposals to stakeholders.
• Prepare tenders and proposals; lead negotiation and bid activity to maximize profit.
• Manage payments and provide monthly revenue reporting to management.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
