Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager in Jakarta to drive sales of Fire Control Security solutions to new and existing customers. You will understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and present them to stakeholders to win business.

You will work with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with contractors and consultants in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in senior sales within HVAC or related sectors.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or company owners and handling projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions for Fire Control Security.
• Plan and execute annual secured order strategy to meet regional targets.
• Prepare tenders and proposals; lead negotiations to maximize profit and close orders.
