Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as Senior Sales in HVAC (chiller), pump, cooling tower, contractor, elevator.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or company owners and handling projects.
• Knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, Controls would be preferred.
• Experience in Building industry would be preferred.
• Basic understanding of SAP operations will be advantageous.
• Ambition, project understanding, and good relationships with contractors/consultants/owners.

Responsibilities

• Study product knowledge and company procedures; improve domain knowledge.
• Plan annual secured order strategy; achieve YOY regional growth.
• Prepare tenders and proposals; lead negotiation; close orders.
• Responsible for payment collection.
• Provide monthly reporting on secured revenue and non-financials.
• Liaise with customers to maintain long-term relationships and satisfaction.
• Develop sales leads and identify customer requirements.
• Monitor competitors' activities and report.
• Independently develop and follow up projects to provide solutions.
• Comply with Johnson Controls' policies.
• Produce quotations to suit customer requirements.
• Maintain field intelligence on competitors, pricing and promotions.
• Coordinate with sales/service admin and finance for payments and credits.
• Update customers on York product information and offers.
