Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as Senior Sales in HVAC (chiller), pump, cooling tower, contractor, elevator.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Fire Control Security solutions to new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and present to stakeholders.
• Plan annual secured order strategy and achieve YOY growth in the region.
• Lead tenders and proposals, negotiate, and close orders for optimum profit.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely payments and credit profiles.
• Provide monthly reports on secured orders, revenue attainment and nonfinancial metrics.
