Infobip Indonesia is seeking a senior Solution Engineer to own end-to-end presales engagements for enterprise customers. You will act as the primary technical lead, understand client business models, and design tailored, complex cloud and API integration plans.

Responsibilities include conducting POCs, scoping, and providing precise architecture documentation while mentoring teammates and collaborating with HQ and regional teams to elevate capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven background in Solution Engineering, Presales, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Architecture within SaaS/CPaaS or CX contexts.
• Ability to gather complex requirements and design end-to-end cloud/API solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong ownership mindset to lead opportunities and define resource needs for projects.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex presales engagements for enterprise customers as the technical lead and advisor.
• Design tailored solution architectures and integration plans based on client needs.
• Lead POCs, technical scoping, and service quote estimations; respond to complex security questionnaires.
