Job summary

Infobip Ltd. is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to own end-to-end presales engagements for enterprise clients across the region.

You will design tailored cloud/API/software solutions, deliver compelling product demos, and guide security and architecture discussions with C-level and technical stakeholders. You will mentor junior teammates, document best practices, and collaborate with HQ and regional teams to elevate Infobip’s technical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end presales engagements for enterprise customers in SaaS/CPaaS/CX/telecom domains.
• Demonstrated skill in gathering complex requirements and designing cloud/API/software solutions.
• Strong ownership mindset to autonomously drive opportunities and resource planning.
• Excellent ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executives and tech stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and sharing reusable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex presales engagements for enterprise customers, acting as the primary technical lead throughout the sales cycle.
• Deeply understand clients' business models and technical environments to collect requirements and design tailored solution architectures.
• Conduct product demonstrations, POCs, scoping exercises, and service quote estimations.
• Lead responses to complex technical, architectural, and security questionnaires.
• Customize Infobip platform solutions to meet bespoke requirements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Build conversational strategies and templates using Infobip CX stack and Answers.
