Infobip is hiring a senior Solution Engineer to lead end-to-end presales engagements for enterprise clients. You will tailor cloud, API, and software solutions, demonstrate capabilities, and guide customer engagements from discovery to quote.

You’ll work with regional teams, mentor peers, and help shape Infobip Answers and CX stack implementations across (APAC/EMEA) regions. Strong technical leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• Proven background in Solution Engineering, Presales, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Architecture within SaaS, CPaaS, CX, or Telecommunications.
• Ability to gather complex requirements and design end-to-end cloud, API, and software solutions for enterprise clients.
• Track record of mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge, and fostering collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex presales engagements for enterprise customers, acting as the primary technical lead.
• Understand clients' business models and technical environments to design tailored solution architectures and integration plans.
• Lead product demonstrations, POCs, scoping exercises, and service quote estimations.
