Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Jakarta seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager for Telecommunications & ICT. You will expand and manage B2B channels, focusing on operators, SI partners, distributors, dealers, and corporate customers.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own the full business development cycle—from opportunity identification and negotiations to channel strategy, demand forecasting, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years in B2B sales or related roles.
• 5+ years in telecommunications products or ICT hardware.
• Proven experience managing telecom channels.
• Strong track record of meeting sales targets.
• English proficiency for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop B2B opportunities with telecom operators, SI, distributors, dealers, and corporate customers.
• Establish strategic partnerships with operators and procurement programs.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, contracts, orders, and account management.
• Own quarterly and annual sales targets, revenue growth, and gross margin.
• Drive sales of smartphones, routers, CPE, mobile Wi‑Fi, laptops, tablets, PCs, and related accessories.
• Develop channel strategies, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and bundle offerings.
• Maintain strong relationships through meetings, visits, and proactive support.
• Conduct business reviews with key accounts to improve retention and growth.
• Prepare demand forecasts in coordination with supply chain and internal teams.
• Monitor inventory, aging stock, and coordinate actions to optimize stock levels.
• Produce regular sales updates, performance reviews, and management reports.
• Coordinate with product planning, supply chain, finance, and other teams to align commitments and delivery.
