Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Business Development Manager – Telecommunications & ICT to expand B2B sales across operators, system integrators, distributors, dealers, and corporate customers in Indonesia.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own the full sales cycle, build channel strategies, negotiate commercial terms, and drive revenue, profit margins, and product sell-out for smartphones, routers, CPE, mobile Wi‑Fi, and related devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in B2B sales or business development, with telecom/ICT hardware experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage sales channels and partnerships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage B2B opportunities with operators, system integrators, distributors, dealers, and corporate customers to expand market coverage.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract finalization and order coordination.
• Develop channel strategies and drive revenue growth, gross margins, and product sell-out.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams on delivery and pricing.
