Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Business Development Manager – Telecommunications & ICT to expand and manage B2B sales channels across telecommunications operators, system integrators, distributors, and corporate customers in Indonesia. You will report to the CEO and drive end-to-end business development from opportunity identification to negotiations and account leadership.

The role focuses on revenue growth, gross margin improvements, and sustainable partnerships for smartphones, 4G/5G

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/tech discipline.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, channel management, and account development.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage B2B opportunities with operators, system integrators, distributors, dealers, and corporate customers.
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with operators, including router and CPE sales and data package alignment.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract finalization and ongoing account management.
• Own individual sales targets, revenue growth, and gross profit margin through channel strategies and product sell-out.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
