PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia, Jakarta-based, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Telecommunications & ICT hardware. You will expand B2B channels, manage key accounts, and drive revenue across operators, integrators, distributors, dealers, and corporate customers.

You report to the CEO and own end-to-end sales, from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and forecasting demand. The role emphasizes profitability and sustainable partnerships in a competitive tech market.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales and channel experience.
• Proven ability to develop partnerships, negotiate agreements, and close deals.
• Strong English business communication and reporting skills.

• Identify and manage B2B opportunities with operators, integrators, distributors and corporate customers.
• Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships, including tenders and procurement programs.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract finalization and order coordination.
• Take ownership of sales targets, revenue growth, and gross margin performance.
• Develop channel strategies and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain relationships through regular meetings, visits, and issue resolution.
• Prepare demand forecasts and coordinate with supply chain to balance stock.
