Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related ICT field.
• Minimum 7 years in Sales/Key Account/BD with ICT exposure.
• Experience selling to operators, enterprises, or government.
• Strong networking, data center, cloud, and digital transformation knowledge.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute carrier enterprise (B2B) strategies to expand the business.
• Identify new market opportunities by analyzing customers, trends, and partner ecosystems.
• Build and maintain relationships with telecom operators, enterprise customers, government institutions, and channel partners.
• Lead partner enablement through product training, workshops, and joint marketing programs.
• Drive enterprise ICT solution sales covering networking, cloud, data center, storage, and digital platforms.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle: qualification, demonstration, bidding, contract, and delivery oversight.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen channel governance and collaboration between carrier and enterprise ecosystems.
• Support strategic enterprise and government projects with cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic account plans to support revenue growth.
