Responsibilities

• Prospect potential clients and build relationships with HR Managers, Finance Leads, or Directors.
• Craft persuasive emails to convey Mekari Talenta value and secure introductory meetings.
• Make cold and warm calls to support emails; manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to relay product feedback and feature requests.
• Log, track, and maintain customer contact and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Analyze opportunities to grow Mekari Talenta’s footprint in Surabaya.
