Responsabilités

• Lead potential customers from various companies to use our services, present demos, and plan closing strategies.
• Experiment with outreach intervals and content to identify successful strategies.
• Collaborate with product and customer success to relay feedback and feature requests.
• Target new CRM & Omnichannel opportunities to grow our footprint.
• Work with marketing to discover lead opportunities and set appointments.
• Utilize selling and influencing skills to schedule qualified appointments.
• Log and maintain customer contact records.
• Participate in community networking to promote CRM & Omnichannel software.
