The role focuses on Building Management Systems (BMS), Control Systems, and integrated HVAC and security solutions, with responsibilities spanning strategy, opportunity identification, and end-to-end project sales.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in selling BMS, control, fire, and security solutions.
• Experience selling into the data centre sector in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual sales strategy aligned with growth and targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data centre segment.
• Drive sales of BMS, control, fire, and security solutions including HVAC systems.
• Build relationships with data centre owners, operators, hyperscalers, consultants, and integrators.
• Lead the full project sales cycle: lead gen, proposals, tenders, negotiations, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support successful project delivery.
• Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and revenue reporting.
