Job summary

Michael Page Indonesia seeks a Senior Sales Leader to drive the data centre infrastructure business across Indonesia. You will lead a sales team, shaping strategy and building relationships with operators, developers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and enterprise customers.

The role requires deep technical and commercial understanding of data centre and power/cooling solutions, a proven record in complex deal delivery, and readiness to travel to client sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of B2B sales and business development experience, preferably technical/infra.
• At least 5 years in a sales leadership or senior commercial role.
• Strong network in Indonesian data centre ecosystem is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the data centre infrastructure segment in Indonesia.
• Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and project pipeline growth.
• Lead and develop the sales team while ensuring disciplined forecasting and execution.
• Build strategic relationships with data centre operators, developers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
• Identify and develop new-build, expansion, retrofit, and modernisation opportunities.
• Lead complex solution sales from early specification and tender through negotiation, award, and handover.
• Work closely with engineering, project, service, and regional teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Develop and manage channel partners to expand market reach and strengthen project coverage.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, account plans, and commercial reporting.
