Job summary

PT Michael Page Internasional Indonesia seeks a Senior Sales Leader to drive commercial strategy and business development for the data centre infrastructure segment in Indonesia, based in Jakarta. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 12 years of B2B sales and business development experience.
• At least 5 years in a sales leadership or senior commercial role.
• Strong exposure to data centre, mission-critical infrastructure, electrical infrastructure, mechanical systems, power or cooling solutions.
• Experience with vendor, manufacturer, distributor, system integrator or infrastructure solutions-provider.
• Proven track record of managing complex, project-based, solution-oriented sales cycles.
• Success developing new accounts and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
• Strong network within the Indonesian data centre ecosystem preferred.
• Experience with data centre developers, operators, consultants, contractors, and enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the data centre infrastructure segment in Indonesia.
• Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and project pipeline growth.
• Lead and develop the sales team while ensuring disciplined forecasting and execution.
• Build strategic relationships with data centre operators, developers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
• Identify and develop new-build, expansion, retrofit, and modernisation opportunities.
• Lead complex solution sales from early specification and tender through negotiation, award, and handover.
• Work closely with engineering, project, service, and regional teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Develop and manage channel partners to expand market reach and strengthen project coverage.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, account plans, and commercial reporting.
