Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a Data Center Business Development Manager based in South Tangerang, to identify, develop, and execute opportunities in the data center sector. You will drive revenue growth and establish market presence with key clients and partners.

You will coordinate with sales, presales, product, service and HQ resources, build strategic project pipelines, and lead relationships with owners, operators, hyperscalers, colocation players and EPCs to win major projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B project sales/business development experience.
• Data center/HVAC/power/MEP/critical infrastructure experience preferred.
• Strong strategic account management and negotiation skills.

We are seeking a Data Center Business Development Manager to join Midea Electronics Indonesia in a full‑time capacity, based in South Tangerang, Banten. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing business opportunities within the data centre sector. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, establishing market presence, and building long‑term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders in the data centre industry. This role is essential to our company's expansion strategy and will report to senior management with significant autonomy and decision‑making authority.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MBT data center business development in Indonesia.
