Job summary

PT Tera Logistic Indonesia is seeking a sales-focused professional to develop and manage freight forwarding sales activities, primarily in sea freight and land transportation, targeting new and existing customers in Jakarta. You will prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and drive deals to closure while coordinating with operations for smooth shipments.

The role emphasizes building a strong sales pipeline, monitoring market trends, and supporting revenue growth in the Jakarta area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Management, or related fields (preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding sales, preferably in freight.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition and sales target achievement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Familiar with Jakarta logistics market and customer network is a strong advantage.
