Job summary

PT Tera Logistic Indonesia (TLI) is seeking an experienced shipping agency professional to manage agency operations and deliver top-notch customer service. The role involves handling EPDA preparation, port information dissemination, and coordination with sub agents to ensure smooth vessel calls.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in shipping agency operations, fluent English, and strong knowledge of port regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping agency operations.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Solid knowledge of shipping and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Receive agency appointments and prepare EPDA and quotations for excellent customer service.
Deliver port information to vessel masters and communicate with shippers, consignees and principals.
Appoint and coordinate with sub/ local agents for vessel operations.
Process new customer/vendor registrations via KYC/KYV procedures.
Input vessel data and port disbursement expenses into Front End and Acumatica systems.
Prepare and monitor prepayments for sub agents/vendors per approved budget.
Supervise agency administration and operations from document receipt to cargo completion.
Collect FDA documents from sub/local agents for Acumatica processing and invoicing.
Send customer satisfaction questionnaires and provide port regulation updates to principals/customers.
Arrange vessel attending when required and ensure readiness of departure documents including BL issuance.
