PT RS Logistics Indonesia is a forward-looking logistics company specializing in sea freight and air freight with a strong network across Asia and the United States. The Jakarta office drives new business development and builds relationships with shippers seeking integrated multimodal solutions.

We welcome dynamic professionals with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of logistics or freight forwarding experience, plus fluency in English.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
• 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering results.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities in multimode transportation (land, sea, air) and contract logistics services.
• Conduct prospecting, presentations, and offer company services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve the assigned revenue and volume targets.
• Coordinate closely with pricing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth business processes.
• Conduct market research related to logistics trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales performance, customer visits, and business pipelines.
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, transport, and procurement teams to ensure service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities in multimode transportation (land, sea, air) and contract logistics services.

Conduct prospecting, presentations, and offer company services to potential customers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

Develop sales strategies to achieve the assigned revenue and volume targets.

Coordinate closely with pricing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth business processes.

Conduct market research related to logistics trends, customer needs, and competitors.

Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales performance, customer visits, and business pipelines.

Collaborate with operations, warehouse, transport, and procurement teams to ensure service quality.

Coordinate documentation and operational requirements with internal and external teams

Qualifications

Fluent in English (spoken and written) .

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.

1 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.

Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering results

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and professional email correspondence.

Driver's license will be plus
