PT M+R Forwarding Indonesia, part of a strong international logistics network, is expanding with a performance-driven sales role focused on hunting and securing new business, building client portfolios, and driving revenue growth.

Minimum 4 years in freight forwarding, strong knowledge of international shipping, and proven ability to close deals are required. Fluent Indonesian and English, with high-motivation and resilience, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of international shipping (import/export, air & sea)
• Proven ability to close deals and generate GP
• Existing client base is a strong advantage
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent in Indonesian & English; additional languages are a plus

Key responsibilities

Hunt and secure new business (freehand & direct customers)

Build and aggressively expand your client portfolio

Convert prospects into long-term revenue streams

Drive GP growth and consistently exceed sales targets

Develop and execute market penetration strategies

Lead commercial negotiations and close profitable deals

Work closely with Operations to ensure flawless service execution

Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance to Management

About you

Minimum 4 years experience in freight forwarding (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of international shipping (import/export, air & sea freight)

Proven ability to close deals and generate GP

Existing client base is a strong advantage

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Fluent in Indonesian & English (additional languages are a plus)
