Job summary

PT Samudera Logistik Sejahtera is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue in our freight forwarding team in Jakarta. You will build and manage relationships with new and existing clients, identify opportunities, and coordinate with operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of freight forwarding sales experience, fluent English, a strong network in logistics, and proven ability to hit targets. Mandarin is a plus, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; business, logistics, supply chain, or marketing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Established network of customers, importers, exporters, and partners.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide logistics solutions.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and shipping docs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our growing freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the logistics industry, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
