Job summary

PT M+R Forwarding Indonesia, part of a strong international logistics network, is expanding with a performance-driven sales role focused on hunting and securing new business, building client portfolios, and driving revenue growth.

Minimum 4 years in freight forwarding, strong knowledge of international shipping, and proven ability to close deals are required. Fluent Indonesian and English, with high-motivation and resilience, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of international shipping (import/export, air & sea)
• Proven ability to close deals and generate GP
• Existing client base is a strong advantage
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent in Indonesian & English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Hunt and secure new business (freehand & direct customers)
• Build and aggressively expand your client portfolio
• Convert prospects into long-term revenue streams
• Drive GP growth and consistently exceed sales targets
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies
• Lead commercial negotiations and close profitable deals
• Work closely with Operations to ensure flawless service execution
• Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance to Management
