Job summary

MOVA is seeking a Membership Partnership Specialist to grow, engage, and retain our members. You will build partnerships, run onboarding, and act as the voice of members to feed back into Product and Marketing.

You will manage online and offline engagement, run events and campaigns, and own end-to-end processes for paid projects, tailoring outreach to diverse communities and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Partnerships / Business Development / Community Development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with online (social media, community groups) and offline (events, meetups) engagement.
• Data-driven mindset to track engagement and suggest improvements.
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about community building.
• Preferably in Multi Level Marketing or direct selling industry.
