Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in Growth or related field.
• Strong understanding of user acquisition, activation, conversion, retention.
• Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiar with GMV, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, CAC, LTV, ROI/ROAS.
• Experience developing and optimizing campaigns, referral programs, loyalty programs, cashback programs.
• Familiar with A/B testing, experimentation, funnel analysis, cohort analysis.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, Member Paid, transactions, and GMV in line with business targets.
• Analyze user, transaction, and customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven business recommendations.
• Design and optimize growth campaigns, referral programs, cashback, loyalty programs, and other initiatives to improve acquisition, retention, and repeat transactions.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Product, CRM, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives effectively.
• Monitor key performance metrics including User Acquisition, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, GMV, CAC, and LTV.
• Conduct A/B testing and growth experiments to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business and growth opportunities.
• Support the development of product, membership, monetization, and customer engagement strategies.
• Prepare performance reports, evaluate strategy effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations to management.

Job Specification

• 2–4 years of experience in Growth, Growth Strategy, Digital Marketing, Business Strategy, Product Growth, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of user acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and customer lifecycle.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

• Familiar with key business metrics such as GMV, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, CAC, LTV, and ROI/ROAS.

• Experience developing and optimizing campaigns, referral programs, loyalty programs, cashback programs, or other growth initiatives.

• Familiar with A/B testing, experimentation, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with analytics or dashboard tools.

• Familiar with tools such as Looker/Looker Studio, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other analytics tools is a plus.

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, fintech, loyalty/rewards, membership, or digital platforms is a plus.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.

• Data-driven, proactive, strategic, and result-oriented, with strong ownership of business targets.

• Willing to work fully onsite (WFO) at PIK 2.
