Job summary

Cartrack Technologies Indonesia is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive new business in Indonesia. You will identify, prospect, and win corporate clients, delivering compelling SaaS-based fleet analytics solutions.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B SaaS sales, strong hunter mentality, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Attractive uncapped incentives are offered, with regional career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Target-driven with a strong hunter mentality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate (B2B) clients.
• Conduct prospecting through cold calling, emails, networking, and meetings.
• Deliver product or service presentations to potential clients.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
