DHL Express Indonesia is seeking a Retail Outlet Officer in Surabaya to drive revenue from multi-sector customers within a defined territory, by servicing and retaining existing clients and pursuing new business opportunities.

You will deliver customer-centric service at the retail outlet, implement guidelines, strive to meet monthly sales targets, maintain cash shipment records, coordinate data with country office, and monitor store performance through a scorecard.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Have passion and experience in Sales.
• Good in Bahasa & English communication.
• Willing to be placed anywhere in applied city.
• Candidates must be able to meet the legal requirements to work in Indonesia.
• DHL Indonesia does not sponsor or support work authorization, visa, or immigration process for this position.

Aufgaben

• Run and deliver customer-centric service in retail outlet.
• Implement standardized guidelines, procedures and monitor store performance.
• Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive.
• Maintain retail outlet cash shipment data.
• Coordinate and consolidate data between retail outlet to country office.
• Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
• Implement store hours.
• Be committed to integrity, persistence, and a people-first attitude.
