Job summary

DHL Express Indonesia is seeking a Retail Outlet Officer to drive revenue from multi-sector customers within a defined sales territory. You will service and retain existing customers and pursue new business opportunities while delivering consistent, customer‑centric service at the retail outlet.

Key responsibilities include meeting monthly sales targets, implementing standardized guidelines, tracking store performance, and coordinating data with the country office.

Qualifications

• Minimal Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Have passion and experience in Sales
• Good in Bahasa & English Communication Skill
• Well-groomed and well-mannered
• Willing to be placed anywhere in applied city
• Candidates must be able to meet the legal requirements to work in Indonesia.
• DHL Indonesia does not sponsor or support work authorization, visa, or immigration process for this position.

Responsibilities

• To run and deliver customer-centric service in retail outlet
• Implement standardized guidelines, procedures and monitor store performance.
• Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive
• Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data
• Coordinate and consolidate data between retail outlet to country office
• Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
• Implement store hours
• Be committed to integrity, persistence, and a people first attitude
