Job summary

PT Persada Batavia Diesel in Indonesia is seeking a talented Retail Sales Specialist to drive distribution growth, expand outlet coverage, and build high-value customer relationships across South Kalimantan.

You will lead field prospecting, negotiate terms, ensure Must-Have SKUs are in place, and continuously boost post-sales engagement. Based in Banjarmasin with a minimum 3 years in retail sales, preferably in lubricants, FMCG, or paint.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 / S1 diploma or degree.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the Retail sector, with strong background in Lubricants, FMCG, Paint, or related industries.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and retail outlets across East and South Kalimantan.
• Identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
• Execute disciplined field prospecting via PJP, cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups.
• Drive retail expansion by acquiring new open outlets (NOO) and generating new customer transactions.
• Maximize Numeric & Weighted Distribution to increase market presence and product availability.
• Build and manage Pareto outlets to maximize sales volume, revenue, and market share.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals within target market.
• Ensure all Must-Have SKUs of PBD products are available and prominently placed.
• Foster strong post-sales engagement and customer loyalty.
