PT. Navya Retail Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to lead the sales assistant team and cashier, ensure SOP compliance, and drive store performance in Jakarta. You will manage shifts, coach staff, and analyze sales trends to inform planning and promotions.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma, solid English (passive) and interpersonal abilities, and a track record in fashion/footwear retail with KPI understanding. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field.
• English (passive) and computer skills, plus negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Preferably a supervisor with 4+ years in retail, especially fashion/footwear/active lifestyle.
• Understanding of KPI metrics.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in retail.
• Able to work in shifts including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
• Experience dealing with mass product.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP.
• Managing staff shift schedule, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance.
• Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP.
• Understand product knowledge and able to communicate it to customers effectively.
• Identifying market trend in our target market.
• Analyzing sales report, customer traffic, and store promo.
• Making sales report and sales planning.
• Ensuring promotion activities according to SOP.
• Ensuring security of store, staff, and customers.
• Making sure the store, stockroom, and store equipment is clean and representable.
